Description

This is brew basket can be used to brew ChocolaTea™, loose leaf tea or coffee. It fits most standard 12 oz to 14 oz heat resistant glass or mugs and can be used to brew either 8 oz to 10 oz. The brew basket has a permanent stainless-steel mesh filter and hat. This brew kit is a simple and elegant solution for individual ChocolaTea brewing. Each brew basket comes with a hat to prevent heat loss and to serve as drip-off tray after brewing. Clean before use. All components are dishwasher safe.

Recommend brewing instructions:

Use the reusable brew basket in a 12 oz - 14 oz heat resistant glass or mug and submerge brew basket is 75% under water.

8 oz. Serving: Measure 20 g, 2.5 measuring level tablespoons or 4 level GlobalTeas Perfect Scoops of ChocolaTea™ for an 8 oz. serving, fill brew basket and place in empty heat resistant glass or mug.
12 oz. Serving: Measure 30 g, 3.75 measuring level tablespoons or 6 level GlobalTeas Perfect Scoops of ChocolaTea™ for a 12 oz. serving, fill brew basket and place in empty heat resistant glass or mug.

Boil water and slowly pour 8 oz or 12 oz in brew basket and immediately place brew basket “hat” on top to retain heat during steep.

Steep 6 minutes for ChocolaTea™.

Remove brew basket.

Sip and enjoy!
