Our coffee supplier custom roasts our 100% Organic, Fair Trade coffee beans in small batches to assure you receive the best and freshest tasting coffee. 

Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste for the most flavorful coffee experience, we recommend that you purchase whole beans and grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.  These coffee beans contain caffeine. 

The Coffee Bean Story

This is a special single origin lot of coffee beans grown by a women’s farming program initiative in a special region of Columbia that evolved over 15 years ago and continues to grow, to encourage more women to take on leadership roles.  A great cause that produces a dynamic well-balanced one-of-kind great tasting coffee not found elsewhere.  The harvest process includes delicate care in reserving only the ripest coffee beans also referred to as coffee cherries, the seeds of the fruit.  They are fermented for 12 hours, washed meticulously while leaving just a little amount of inner fruity layer.  After slowly and evenly drying the coffee cherries over the course of 28 days, results in a remarkably complex and well-balanced flavor with a touch of sweetness.  If you’re a true coffee lover looking for a coffee with a slight sweet twist, you’ll enjoy this one.

French Press Brewing Instructions:  14 g (or 4 level scoops with GlobalTeas scooper) for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
