• 16 oz (based on coffee beans) premium block flat bottom side gusseted bag.
• Color is matte black.
• Easy tear pull tab to unseal bag and access zipper.
• Zipper at top of bag for resealing easily after each use and provides packaging flexibility. It was designed to be shipped out “as-is” after heat sealing the top, eliminating unnecessary time and labor cost previously spent securing down tin ties bags.  For retail stores, the excess bag top can easily be folded over the back and secured down with resealable tape.
• 5mm heat sealed edges for superior strength, durability and branding premium products.
• Block flat bottom bag with all rounded corners for a classy and sharp look to position premium products.
• Key Measurements
  • Outer bag size is 115mm (4.5”) width x 271mm (10.6”) length x 42.5mm (1.67”) folded bottom gusset or 85mm (3.34”) unfolded bottom gusset.
  • 21mm distance: from top of zipper to the top of bag. This provides adequate space to heat seal and hold the bag when pulling the Easy tear pull tab and opening/resealing after each use. 
  • 20mm Easy tear zipper height.
  • 150mm (5.9”) = distance from bottom of bag including 7.5mm heat sealed edge up to the bottom of the valve, allow adequate room for a 5” high by 3.75” wide product label.
• Material is MOPP+VMPET+PE.
• Thickness is 150 microns (5.9 mil) single side or 300microns for both sides.
• Minimum order quantity is one 500 count case pack.
• Unit cost is $0.50/bag which is approximately 20% lower than other USA suppliers offering less attributes.
