Flavor Profile:  An enjoyable cocoa aroma with a more pronounced dark chocolate finish that is less sweet than milk chocolate using organic cacao beans.  There are delicate notes such as fruity, caramel, nuts and dark chocolate and a slight acidity/bitterness from the natural unsweetened cacao bean.  This is infused with one of our specialty decaffeinated (Swiss Water Processed) coffee roasts, complimenting the unsweetened dark chocolate and creating a robust unforgettable dark chocolate-coffee mocha flavor experience.  The coffee undertone is less than espresso strength in order to taste both the dark chocolate and coffee.  If you love coffee but not the caffeine, then go no further!  No artificial flavors or preservatives.
