Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.   

The Coffee Bean Story:  This is a unique organically grown coffee with a complex origin and truly exotic flavor with pleasant bright acidity. Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region from wild coffee trees. The best Ethiopian dry-processed coffee tends to be medium-bodied, brilliantly acidic, and containing rough fruity or winy tones.

Flavor Profile:  If you’re seeking a dynamic, well-balanced, and complex medium-light coffee roast with a medium level of pleasant bright acidity, no bitterness, and a clean finish, this is the perfect choice.  The flavor undertones include subtle notes of lemon, blueberry, and blackberry, which when blended together create the most refreshing coffee we have found yet.  Try one cup and you’ll be craving more!   

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
