Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.   

Flavor Profile:  A well-balanced light roast blend coffee with an aroma to start your day.  This is a perfect choice with just the right level of pleasant bright acidity with no bitterness and an enjoyable rich and bold clean finish.  The flavor undertones include subtle notes of brown sugar, candied orange and plum, which when blended together provide a mouthwatering light roast coffee experience you will not forget!  This differs from our Light of Day Coffee by having less bright acidity and having a richer and bolder coffee mouthfeel and taste.  When you are ready to let all of the sun in with our highest level of pleasant bright acidity, give our Bright Light Coffee a try. 

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or a creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
