Description

• 6 oz (based on coffee beans) premium block flat bottom side gusseted bag.
• This is our matching bag to the 16 oz bag (SKU 9171) and is typically used for sampler size bags for individual sale, free-bee’s or gift box arrangements for small quantiles up to 6 oz depending on how density of the product material. We specifically designed this bag so customers feel they are getting good value and that there is adequate frontage area or “real estate” to hold a 5” high by 3” wide label for easy viewing purposes in-person and on line, to trigger purchases.  The size of the bag is controlled by its narrower width and the height at which you fold over the excess bag top over the back and secured down with resealable tape. 
• This is our favorite most versatile all-in-one smaller bag that coverall all of our smaller product sizes. No need to have more than 2 retail bag sizes when using both our 16 oz and 6 oz matching bags.
• Color is Matte black.
• Easy tear pull tab to unseal bag and access zipper.
• Zipper at top of bag for resealing easily after each use and provides packaging flexibility. It was designed to be shipped out “as-is” after heat sealing the top, eliminating unnecessary time and labor cost previously spent securing down tin ties bags.  For retail stores, the excess bag top can easily be folded over the back and secured down with resealable tape.
• 5mm heat sealed edges for strength, durability and branding premium products
• Block flat bottom bag with all rounded corners for premium product appearance on a retail and customer shelf.
• Key Measurements
  • Outer bag size is 100mm (3.93”) width x 218mm (8.58”) length x 25mm (.98”) folded bottom gusset or 50mm (1.96”) unfolded bottom gusset.
  • 21mm = distance: from zipper to the top of bag, to allow adequate room to heat seal the bag and hold the bag when pulling the Easy tear pull tab and opening/resealing after each use.
  • 20mm = Easy tear zipper height.
  • 145mm (5.7”) = distance from bottom of bag including 7.5mm heat sealed edge up to the bottom of the valve, allow adequate room for a 5” high by 3.5” wide product label.
• Material is MOPP+VMPET+PE.
• Thickness is 137 microns (5.4 mil) single side or 274microns for both sides.
• Minimum order quantity is one 500 count case pack.
• Unit cost is $0.50/bag which is approximately 20% lower than other USA suppliers offering less attributes.
