Our Coffee Beans:  Our coffee supplier custom roasts 100% Organic and Fair Trade Coffee in small batches to assure you receive the best and freshest tasting coffee.  This coffee contains caffeine.  No artificial flavors.  

Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.  

Flavor Profile:  Our finest balanced medium roast blend coffee and aroma with a hint of pleasant bright acidity and a subtle presence of darkness, providing for a delicate but dynamic character for anytime of the day that will satisfy anyone’s mood.  This is one our in-house Specialty Blends developed from multiple coffee roast levels and origins from our suppliers.  The result is an impeccable balance of acidity, a solid medium body mouthfeel, a clean finish, rich coffee taste and a subtle boldness without any bitterness and while be easily to drink.  This differs from our other House Coffee and Midway Coffee by having a richer twist of complex character.  This is hands down our best house and has earned a permanent spot as one of our Signature Coffees.  If you’re not sure how good your current cup of coffee is, you’ll want to try this one out and for good reason…it’s a “keeper” and it’s one of our many favorites we drink to keep our workday moving along!

This Specialty Blend only comes as ground coffee, to maintain coffee flavor accuracy. 

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or a creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
