Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.   

Flavor Profile:  A well-crafted dark roast blend coffee bold bodied with an aroma that provides the most enjoyable, soothing, rich, and bold medium-bodied coffee experience.  It has minimal bitterness and provides just the right amount of balanced character.  When you are looking to go darker, but not full darkness, this is your coffee to enjoy!  No matter your mood or what you are currently working on, it will help you get to the finish line!  The flavor undertones include subtle notes of carnalized sugar, cacao, and vanilla bean, which together provide a rock-solid enjoyable dark roast coffee flavor you’ll never forget!  This differs from our Dark as Night Coffee by having a richer and bolder coffee mouthfeel and taste. 

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
