Our Coffee Beans:  Our coffee supplier custom roasts these 100% all-natural variety coffee beans in small batches to assure you receive the best and freshest tasting coffee.  This coffee contains caffeine.  No artificial flavors or preservatives.

Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.

Flavor Profile:  If you’re seeking a dynamic complex sweet and fruity dark roast coffee with character, an enjoyable medium-dark roast coffee flavor, smooth tasting with no bitterness, a touch of pleasant bright acidity with hints of chocolate, cola, and red apple, and a clean finish without a lingering coffee breath feel, you will want to try our Twilight Coffee.  This roast shares similarities to our Light of Day, but at a darker roast and with new flavor complexities from a different coffee bean origin.  The experience will allow you to disengage from your day for a moment, allow you to refocus and remember what you just drank, before continuing with your daily tasks.  A coffee you’ll definitely miss when you are not at home.  

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
